Google reviews
No. PulseMyWeb sends an invitation; the customer publishes themselves on Google or another platform.
No. The journey is identical for all ratings. Selective solicitation is prohibited.
No. Buying, paying for, and quid-pro-quo linked to reviews are prohibited. We offer only authentic requests.
Requests and follow-ups
According to the Reviews plan: monthly UTC volumes documented on the Pricing page (Free, Starter, Business, Pro).
Plan email follow-ups apply within the defined limits. Unsubscribes and recency delays remain enforceable.
From the app: recipient, template, Google listing. The guide covers timing and tone.
Automations and connectors
Standard connectors are available from the Free plan. Only sends count towards the plan quota.
No. It is disabled by default. You must explicitly enable listing, template, delay, and legal basis attestation.
You send an email to a dedicated PulseMyWeb address; if automation is enabled, a review request may be created via the existing eligibility engine.
Compliance
No. Google and French law prohibit misleading, paid, or quid-pro-quo reviews.
No. The membership programme is independent of submitting and rating a Google review.
Subscriptions
Essential website
A one-page site published for your business, a separate option billed per site (€9 ex VAT/month). Self-serve via the editor; optional PulseMyWeb initial setup (€150 ex VAT once, never pre-selected). Details on the feature page.
Domains
Yes for the Essential website, via custom domain configuration documented in the app and on the feature page.
Support
Via the public contact form or in-app support when logged in.
