Winner count follows paying organisations (rule 2026.09.07-v2). Winners cannot win again for 6 rolling months. If eligible members are fewer than planned prizes, only corresponding prizes are awarded. Paid-plan merchants: optional opt-in in review emails, unrelated to rating.
